WBC Annual Support Contract

Ongoing WBC support covering both IntraVUE and the Network Health Monitor, renewed each year. The contract also includes a Network Health Monitor license for the length of the contract.

What the contract includes

• Unlimited training
• Help with the initial installation and registration
• The Network Health Monitor itself, with proActive alarms and warnings, automatic threshold setting, and its diagnostic functions
• Configuration support after installation — making sure switches are discovered correctly and devices such as unmanaged switches are identified
• Help using IntraVUE and NHM to resolve network issues when they happen
• Local IntraVUE and NHM PDF maintenance reports
• NHM software updates
• Phone and virtual support over Teams or Webex

The NHM license included with a contract runs for the contract term. If the contract is not renewed, NHM stops running even if your IntraVUE license is still valid.

WBC Network Health Monitor Perpetual License

The Network Health Monitor turns your network’s live data into proActive alarms and warnings, a re-visualized topology map, and true SVG plant views — so problems surface before the line stops.

NHM requires IntraVUE to be installed with a valid license.

IntraVUE

Part Number IV1024

The network visualization platform the Network Health Monitor is built on, monitoring up to 1024 devices. A product of Pronetiqs, Inc., resold by WBC. Sold as a perpetual license.

Perpetual licenses carry a 12/31/2099 date on the key — that is simply how “does not expire” appears. IntraVUE support comes from WBC through an annual support contract; without one, support is available hourly.
