Install and Register IntraVUE
Install IntraVUE, then register it: enter your product key and key code on the registration site to get your registration and service contract codes.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to install the latest IntraVUE version 3.21. So at this point, I have downloaded the software and executed the Windows installer for IntraVUE. So I'm going to click Next. I'm going to agree. I am going to put this in its normal location and click Install. You will always answer yes to using a software key. The install process takes about one minute, but I'm going to cut most of that out.
I'm going to launch it. And IntraVUE is now installed. The big S in the middle represents the scanner. So now we have to do the registration. So we go to the Configuration menu item, which brings us to log in. The password is intravue, all lowercase, I-N-T-R-A-V-U-E, as it's spelled at the top. Log in. And now we have to register the software. And we're going to go to a registration site, but this is the old Panduit site, so we can't go here.
This is the key code, which is unique to the computer that IntraVUE was installed on, and it is the number that you will need to register your software. You will have received an email that contains instructions to download and what your registration codes are. The email will contain information like this in the body. You will see a link to register the software. This is different than the link that is in the registration page.
Use this link. It's the new link, not the Panduit link. And at the bottom, you can see your product key and your service contract code. You will need these two numbers in addition to your key code. And please don't use the key code that is in the email or any of the other codes. So now I have opened the registration page that was in the email, and I'm going to enter my information.
So I am going to enter the product key. I like to enter this with caps locks on, and I can see it remembered my registration. And I'm going to enter my key code. And for this number, it's always advisable to use copy and paste. So now we have entered our product key and our key code, and now we can get a registration and service contract code. We click Submit. We get the registration code.
So we come back here and enter registration code here. And we enter service contract code here. And we enter our product key here. And notice we have green check marks on all of these. We're going to click Submit Registration. And all green, we're ready to go. The next step is to go to your Scanner tab and add your first network.
